My Work

As a speaker coach, my job is to help you find your sweet spot. I help you find what already lies within you and help you focus that power in such a way that you begin to deliver clear, passionate and memorable presentations.
My Journey
I began my career as a theatre director and have directed over 50 plays. I helped found a company that brought contemporary theatre to a region that wasn’t historically arts supportive. And I did all of the company’s marketing on a shoestring. I’m also most likely the only person you will ever meet who has worked with both maximum security prisoners and Miss America.
Later I found myself in the corporate realm of marketing communications. I used my already extensive marketing experience, now with a real budget, to sell software and services. In the process, I made the most amazing discovery. The world of theatre has much to teach the world of business.
I began working with corporate presenters in the same way that I used to work with actors. Because every actor brings something unique to a performance, I knew that every presenter could bring something unique to a presentation.
Rather than use the cookie-cutter approach offered by many speaker coaching businesses, I worked one-on-one with individual presenters to help them connect with their own power, and as a result, helped them each connect with their audience in a way that only they could.
The results were astounding. Fear turned to excitement. Confidence soared. And people actually found joy in presenting.
I realized how I can make a powerful difference in people's lives and careers.
My Passion
I feel extremely fortunate to get to do the work I do.
What I love most is that I get to help people come alive. I help people connect with their authentic power, and it is a breathtaking experience every single time.
